Break Room Expansion & Facility Upgrades at Sunny Sky Products

When a growing workforce needs more space to recharge, smart planning and efficient execution make all the difference. This completed interior renovation project focused on transforming an existing break room into a larger, more functional space.

To expand the area, our team removed an 18-foot-tall wall and constructed a new wall eight feet beyond the original footprint. This shift significantly increased usable space, allowing for a more comfortable and accommodating environment for employees.

Beyond the structural work, the project included the installation of new sinks and cabinetry to provide added convenience and personal storage. The space was further enhanced with durable epoxy floor coatings, applied to replace the existing concrete surface with a cleaner, more polished finish. A fresh coat of paint completed the transformation, giving the break room a modern, welcoming feel.

As part of the overall effort, restroom facilities were also remodeled to include additional stalls—further improving functionality and supporting the needs of a larger team. The result is a thoughtfully upgraded space that not only increases capacity but also enhances the day-to-day experience for employees.
