  The first step to any construction project is the ability to modify the existing terrain conditions to the elevations, site drainage systems and site requirements based on the building layout and construction permit. We specialize in the ability to prepare a site whether from a “green field” condition or an existing site working within the confines of an operating facility.
• Heavy Rigging & Equipment Erection
  Milton J. Wood Company cut its teeth in its early years of operation by handling heavy equipment by the “block and tackle” method. Today the Company combines experience with state of the art equipment to set and install all types of heavy equipment and components. Our equipment erection teams work in an open environment or confined space “hand–in-hand” with the manufacturer representatives and / or the clients engineering firm to assemble and set the equipment per the design specifications.
